Tracy Jenkins, Ph.D., ACC, ELI-MP

I am a certified career and academic coach (ACC) who values motivating others towards goal achievement, individual-centered guidance, and solutions-focused assessment to enable professionals and students to generate change in their lives.

I provide transition career and academic coaching that is based on an action-oriented partnership with a strengths-based focus to help individuals achieve what is most important to them. Areas often explored in this process include:

  • Becoming more successful
  • Building confidence
  • Support for raising performance levels
  • Overcoming barriers and self-imposed limitations

Utilizing a process-oriented approach to assist individuals in discovering and reconnecting with their unique values, I strive to enable professionals and students to move from where they are to where they want to be. In this process, goals are revealed and plans are tailored to specific needs towards reaching set goals.
