  • Ways to examine and fortify their note and test-taking skills and strategies.
  • Mechanisms to deal with transitions in workload from high school to college through reflective solutions-focused and strengths-based approaches.
  • How to pursue chosen career paths based on who they are, what they truly want, and what brings them happiness and fulfillment.

How It Works:

  • All sessions are fully customizable based on your academic needs and interests.
  • Set up a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your academic needs and how academic coaching may assist you.
  • Meet with Tracy for one hour collaborative and supportive coaching sessions that encourage personal accountability. Sessions can either be conducted in-person or by phone/virtual.
